To be considered a great Coach it! candidate you will:

• Have teaching, training or coaching experience working with young people in either formal or non formal education settings.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels and in particular the ability to connect with young people .
• Be committed to your own personal development.
• Have the aptitude and natural ability to be a dynamic and inspirational presenter and facilitator.
• Be ambitious, self motivated and passionate.
• Want flexibility in career and business to fit your work around your home life.
• Want to have control of your financial future.
• Want the enjoyment and diversity of a fascinating, unique and rewarding career and business opportunity.

You will also have a natural aptitude to deliver our courses and follow our methodically proven training systems in Personal & Social Development Areas such as Equality, Diversity, Bullying, Emotional Literacy, Stress & Anger Management, Goals, Motivation, Employability and Commuication Skills.

Like we said, we are currently looking for a select group of motivated and inspirational people across the UK, so If you are interested in becoming a licensed coach and you are a talented and passionate individual committed to bringing out the potential of young people then we would love to hear from you.

The first stage is for you to show an expression of interest and if you can demonstrate that you have that little bit of special that we are looking for in a Licensed Coach then we will be in touch with further information and a prospectus.

The second stage is for you to invest in the inspiring Coach it! Training Programme where you will be trained to deliver the Voice it! Education Programmes of your choice.
