It is clear that behaviour issues, mental health issues and communication issues amongst young people are escalating and causing continued disengagement from learning and fractured relationships that get in the way of them fulfilling their potential.

How then, can we equip young people with the personal awareness and skills needed to deal with an area of life that to be honest most of us are far from experts in ourselves? Instinctively we recognise that we have a responsibility for the emotional wellbeing of our young people, but we don’t really know where to turn.

What is Express it!?

Express it! is a short, sharp, high impact intervention consisting of 4 fun, inspirational and transformative 2.5hr workshops delivered to young people.
