More and more young people are experiencing low aspirations, low self esteem and poor motivation which is causing us all to question how employable and how successful our young people are likely to become? Clearly these obstacles must be addressed if our young people are to engage in developing the communication and employability skills necessary for success.

The trouble is how do you transform low self esteem and how do you raise aspirations and motivation in ways that aren’t simply some false pep talk that fails to meaningfully engage and connect with that young person? What is Go4it!?

Go4it! is a short, sharp, high impact intervention consisting of 4 fun, inspirational and transformative 2.5hr workshops delivered to young people.
