Impact!

Classroom Management Training

The unique classroom management system for KS2 primary school teachers that makes teaching and Learning stress-free and fun, promotes emotional literacy, tackles poor attention and improves behaviour among pupils.

What is IMPACT!?

IMPACT! is fun, revolutionary and practical system of behaviour and classroom management combined with an inspirational one day training and practical toolkit offered to KS2 teachers, teaching assistants and learning mentors.

Why IMPACT!?

At Voice it Education we asked teachers about their experience of behaviour and classroom management training and the overwhelming feedback was that whilst theory is fine, having to translate that back in to the classroom could become an obstacle in itself. Real, practical and proven activities and strategies – something that you could get your hands on, get real with and make a difference straight away – were what was really called for!

This is why after 7 years with it available only as part of our external enrichment programmes we have now made our Impact classroom management system available to primary teachers and teaching assistants to use themselves. Not only do delegates leave the course with a greater understanding around social and emotional aspects of learning (SEAL), how to improve behaviour and how to retain and increase the attention span of pupils… but delegates will also be equipped with an amazing and revolutionary ready-made toolkit that is at the heart of the Impact classroom management system.

Featuring the Voice it! Moments of Madness Resource Kit as well as the Voice it! Circle Time Cards your toolkit will provide you with over 50 activities ready to use straight away ensuring every lesson is managed, engaging and interactive so your pupils will beg for more!

Teachers also talked about the fact that a lot of training focussed on the removal of the problem once it has occurred rather than offering a complete system that overcomes many of these challenges before they even have a chance to take hold. Every teacher will recognise that background chatter can often be just one step away from pupils getting out of control. We all know that when the attention of the group is wavering it is only a matter of time before one or more pupils become disruptive. How then can we prevent these issues before they happen? How can we take pre-emptive action to manage the energy of the room in a way that ensures all our pupils continue to feel a sense of belonging, feel empowered and have an enjoyable learning experience and remain focussed and on task?

The Impact classroom system has been designed to do just this – it prevents, reduces and redirects challenging behaviour quickly and easily. With over 50 inspiring activities designed to makes teaching and learning stress-free and fun, as well as promote emotional literacy, tackle poor attention and improve behaviour, the Impact system is an absolute must for teachers, teaching assistants and learning mentors. It is also fantastic for staff meetings and events too!
