1. Pricing
All prices shown on this site and on other
promotional material are exclusive of delivery and VAT. All prices may be
subject to change without notice and are set at the time of placing the
order.
2. Delivery
The company will take all reasonable steps to
deliver the goods within the stated period (subject to availability) but
shall not incur any liability whatsoever due to any consequence of delayed
delivery or carrier damage. This assertion excludes bulk orders where a
delivery time will be determined by other factors and therefore notification
of an estimated delivery time will be given at time of order.
Current UK delivery charges and delivery
times can
be
found online.
3. Damages/ Product Faults
All damages should be reported within 24 hours of
delivery otherwise claims cannot be entertained. A description of any damage
should be made on the consignment note before signing. All Product faults
should be reported within 7 days.
4. Return of Damaged/Faulty Goods Before returning goods, customers should
first telephone to ascertain if the goods can be returned and by what method.
Voice it (UK)
Limited cannot be held responsible for any costs or credits associated with
the unauthorised return of goods. Damaged goods must be kept in a safe place,
along with any packaging ready for collection by carriers on behalf of Voice
it (UK) Limited.
5. The Voice it! 90 Day
Extra Mile Guarantee
All
Voice it! Resources come with a 90 days risk free purchasing guarantee.
If
after the following stipulated conditions have been met for the respective
resources, none of your learners have benefited from the resource, return it
in good condition and we will be happy to refund your money.
For
the Voice it! Journey all we ask is that after you purchase the resource, you
deliver at least 3 sessions to completion from each of the 3 modules, at
least 3 times within the 90 days.
For
the Voice it! Equal Opportunities & Diversity Pack, all we ask is that
after you purchase the resource, you deliver each of the sessions to
completion, at least 3 times within the 90 days.
For
the Voice it! Moments of Madness Resource Pack, all we ask is that after you
purchase the resource, you deliver at least 10 of the activities to
completion, at least 3 times within the 90 days.
6. The Voice it! Usage Agreement & Site Licence
Purchasers
of The Voice it! Journey and The Voice it! Equal Opportunities &
Diversity Pack agree to the terms laid out in The Voice it! Usage agreement
& Site Licence. The one-time site licence for each program gives
purchasers the right to use the program at one address with as many classes
or groups as desired for an unlimited period of time.(Satellite licenses for The Voice it! Journey are available on request.)

7. Product Warranty
All electrical products are guaranteed for one year
under a manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase.
8. Cancellation Of Orders
Items may only be cancelled at no extra
charge if done so prior to despatch.
9. Product Specification
Due to our policy of continuous product
development, we reserve the right to change product specifications without
prior notice and will not accept any subsequent liability as a result.
10. Payment
Our standard on-line purchase terms of payment are
immediate when placing order. For account customers (n/a for overseas orders)
payment terms are strictly 21 days from date of invoice. All payments should
be made in sterling in accordance with our agreed terms. If in default the
company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate
of 2 ½ % per month or part thereof. The company reserves the right to
withhold despatch of orders if the account is in arrears.
All overseas orders must be pre-paid at
time of placing order.
11. Ownership of Goods/Retention of Title
The goods shall remain the property of Voice it (UK) Limited until paid in full by the buyer. Should payment of the amount
owing under Contract not be made when due, we reserve the right to remove and
repossess the goods (and for that purpose shall be entitled to enter upon
premises occupied by the buyer) in addition to exercising such other rights
or remedies as may be conferred by law.
12. Law and Jurisdiction
The Laws of England shall govern the
validity, construction and performance of eth Contract and these conditions
and each of the parties hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the
English Courts.
