1. DEFINITIONS
The Voice it! Journey and The Voice it! Equal Opportunities & Diversity Pack - Personal and Social Development education resources comprising the physical resource kit(s) that include physical props and resource tools, games, lesson plans, worksheets and handouts, audio visual aids and CD Rom.
Voice it! and/or The Voice it! Project – Voice it ( UK) Limited, registered in England No. 5199023
2. LICENCE
In return for your acceptance of the terms of this Single-Site Licence to the named school/ college/ centre/ branch/ professional, The Voice it! Journey(s) and/or The Voice it! Equal Opportunities & Diversity Pack(s) you have purchased, are licensed to you by Voice it ( UK) Limited according to the terms set out below.
This Licence will start on the date that you purchase The Voice it! Journey(s) and/or The Voice it! Equal Opportunities & Diversity Pack(s) and continues for the period of 12 months or until renewed or terminated under the terms of this Licence.
3. PERMITTED USES AND RESTRICTIONS
You may use The Voice it! Journey(s) and/or The Voice it! Equal Opportunities & Diversity Pack(s) that you have purchased as a personal and social development education resource to compliment and enhance existing programmes or as a stand alone programme.
Allows purchasers unlimited use of the program by one organisation at one site (one postal address/geographic location) with as many classes or groups as desired for the annual period stated.
For each program ‘Use’ of the resource means not-for-profit* internal use by a recognised educational establishment for use by that establishment’s staff for the training of the learners enrolled/registered at that establishment’s site.
For learners to have access to The Voice it! Training Materials there needs to be a licence held by that site where the learners are enrolled/registered. (Unless a special Flexible Multi-Site licence is held by the delivering organisation with the provision for outreach work at other external organisations/venues.) (Note in these cases if any of the external Organisations/and or schools wish to use the Voice it! Programme independently/themselves with their own staff teams and learners they need to purchase a separate annual Single-Site Licence for their establishment)
* Not for profit internal use means that consultation or services leading to the commercial exploitation of the Voice it! Programmes is not permitted under the terms of this licence. ‘Commercial Exploitation’ refers to the use of The Voice it! Programmes for monetary gain either by the institution or an individual. Where the Voice it! Programme is used in this way this must be covered by the purchase of a Special Flexible Multi-Site Licence.
Organisations with more than one site are required to purchase a Single-site licence for each site where the Voice it! material is to be used with their registered learners.
The Voice it! Journey(s) and/or The Voice it! Equal Opportunities & Diversity Pack(s) comprise the physical resource kit(s) to roll out the programme(s). You may not copy any part of the Resource kit(s).You may however, use the CD Rom provided for printing lesson plans, worksheets and handouts for use within/by the named school/ college/ centre/ branch/ professional, as per the agreed Single-Site Licence – you may not make illegal copies of the CD Rom.
You may not use the Voice it! logos, wording, graphics, trade marks (whether registered or un-registered) or any other element or elements that comprise Voice it! branding for any activities outside of the intended use of the resource without the prior written permission of Voice it ( UK) Limited.
Reselling or redistributing the The Voice it! Journey(s) and/or The Voice it! Equal Opportunities & Diversity Pack(s) or any portion thereof, in any form, under any name, on its own or with other products (commercial or otherwise), without the prior written permission of Voice it! is an infringement of Voice it!’s copyright and other intellectual property rights and is forbidden.
You may not sell, rent, or lease the The Voice it! Journey(s) and/or The Voice it! Equal Opportunities & Diversity Pack(s) to any individual or organisation without the prior written permission of Voice it!. The licence is not transferable to another organisation.
4. ANNUAL LICENCE RENEWAL
The Voice it! Journey(s) and/or The Voice it! Equal Opportunities & Diversity Pack(s) are purchased on an annual site licence basis. At least one kit and one licence is required to commence a Voice it! Programme. The Single-Site licence is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase (as stated on invoice). Licence renewal is automated with an option to cancel where one months notice must be given. Cancellation of a Voice it! Single-Site Licence terminates all rights to use The Voice it! materials and programmes, and therefore Voice it! reserves the right to request return of all Voice it! training materials, resources and kits once a licence is no longer held.

The Voice it! Journey(s) and/or The Voice it! Equal Opportunities & Diversity Pack(s) are published by Voice it ( UK) Limited and are copyright © Glenn Perry & Marisa Rowe. All rights reserved. The right of Glenn Perry & Marisa Rowe to be identified as the authors of these works has been asserted by them in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. No part of these works may be reproduced or transmitted in any form by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopy, recording, or any information storage and retrieval system, outside of the permitted uses, without prior written permission.
6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The Voice it! Journey(s) and/or The Voice it! Equal Opportunities & Diversity Pack(s) are designed to be fun, inclusive and interactive. However the safety of all those involved, facilitating and/or participating, should always be considered. Neither the authors nor publishers of these resources, the directors of Voice it ( UK) Limited and its employees will accept responsibility for any actions taken by any person facilitating and/or participating in the resource(s). This includes any losses or damage resulting from use of the resource(s), any loss of profit, or any damage to properties, equipment of persons direct or accidental.
Under no circumstances shall Voice it! be obliged to provide any support or assistance to you with respect to The Voice it! Journey(s) and/or The Voice it! Equal Opportunities & Diversity Pack(s). Neither, shall Voice it! be liable for any conduct of any person or persons that is associated with the usage of The Voice it! Journey(s) and/or The Voice it! Equal Opportunities & Diversity Pack(s).
7. INTERPRETATION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales which shall claim venue and jurisdiction for any legal motion or claim arising from this Agreement.
8. ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing The Voice it! Journey(s) and/or The Voice it! Equal Opportunities & Diversity Pack(s) and/or using the CD Rom(s) you signify your acceptance of the terms set out in this Usage Agreement and Single-Site Licence.
Voice it! Flexible Multi-Site Licence
Purchasers of the Flexible Multi-Site Licence are bound by the terms stated in the above Voice it! Usage Agreement and Single-Site Licence however it allows for the additional provision whereby staff from the licensed organisation/site can use the Voice it! resources to carry out cross organisational work in multiple venues/locations/organisations within a designated area where outreach work is taking place.
