Fired with a passion to inspire and empower, The Voice it Project works to celebrate and release the free spirit in all of us - finding innovative ways to unlock potential, support creativity and challenge minds.

Raise awareness that we all have choices, in all situations, at all times, and hence also the power and responsibility to shape our own lives.

Acknowledge and respect each individual’s unique qualities, hidden gifts and talents, and create arenas to overcome barriers to self-expression.

Challenge the fears, prejudices and limiting mindsets that pervade our society, and change futures through promoting fearlessness and injecting positivity.

In recognising the important role of youth in our society and our future, The Voice It! Project explores a positive vision and purpose for working with young people by

	Promoting spaces of non-judgement and celebrating diversity.
	Finding relevant and fun ways of relating with and inspiring them.
	Challenging beliefs and breaking down barriers that limit and restrict them.
	Valuing them for not only what they are doing but for who they are being.
	Providing resources and experiences that offer hope, support, encouragement, and hence new opportunities and choices.

By placing humour and laughter at the centre of all our initiatives we increase creativity, achievement and personal development.
